The general terms and conditions for the hotel industry are valid for stays at our farm.
General terms and conditions for the hotel industy
This means:
- You can cancel your stay free of charge until 3 months prior to your planned arrival.
- The fee for cancellation by 1 month before the date of arrival is 40% of the total agreed price.
- The fee for cancellation by 1 week before the date of arrival is 70% of the total agreed price.
- The fee for cancellation within the last week preceding the date of arrival is 90% of the total agreed price.
We recommend you to contract a cancellation insurance to save costs. The insurance includes the risks of cancellation fees, curtailment of travel, late arrival, search and salvage costs (incl. rescue by helicopter) for 5 % of the total agreed price.
